Microfiction Mondays feature the shortest stories in 140 characters or fewer. Hosted weekly by Susan - a great place to be!
My MFM entry this month was inspired by the very popular 70s series - The Avengers. What a team - Purdey, Steed and Gambit!
Geraldine, caught within
A 2-dimensional paper world
What ever can she do
For a dry shampoo?
Talcum powder!
Just for ghostly her!
Clever and surreal.
ReplyDeleteTalcum powder is a very clever alternative to shampoo for a ghost!
ReplyDeletePoor Geraldine. Oily hair and only talc to absorb the grease. By coincidence my daughter tried the same thing this morning and ended up a gray-haired lady!
ReplyDeleteTalcum powder should work! Clever take for the day! Hope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteSylvia
Talcum powder just to work for my mom.
ReplyDeleteGood one, she looks like a friendly ghost.
Have a good day.
I love it...creative and unique! Great job!
ReplyDeleteGreat hair solution for a ghost. At least she won't have to worry if it gets on her skin too! :)

Dear Sylvia,
That sounds gruesome - oil and talc!
Same to you Sylvia K! Have a great week!
Dear Peggy,
She does, doesn't she? I first thought of Joanna Lumley when I saw this picture...Then the idea of one of their series which featured a villain that escaped into old photos came to mind - thus the story this week!
Thank you Pat. Thank you for dropping by too.
Yes, Janel - Though I am embarrassed to admit, I did not think of that. Thanks!
Why, Thank you Ellie! Good to see you here.
